We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active. If your account is deactivated, your personal information is not automatically deleted — deactivation on its own doesn't start any kind of countdown. Deletion only ever happens as a deliberate, one-off action, either at your request or Vanoly's own, after which your identifying information is permanently removed or anonymised. Financial records (invoices, payments, fines) are kept regardless, as we're required to for tax purposes.
